Sign of the times: Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has decided to take the advice of the Twitterati and autograph car visors in hopes that the vehicles will fetch higher bids at the state's garage sale next week. "I look forward to selling these signed cars and making some $ for California," the guv tweeted Thursday after wielding his pen, seen at right. No word on whether the fake plants, the ceramic cat and the sledgehammer that the state also wants to ditch will get the same star treatment.
