For many years I tried to get the autograph of the Yugoslavian President Slobodan Milosevic. I sent letters to his office in Beograd and when he was put in the Hague prison. In 2003 I got in touch with his international secretary. He said that Milosevic would get my letter if I sent it to the Tribunal's Registry but he doubted any reply. I quote from Vladimir's letter:
" I can tell you frankly that he never cared very much about sending (nor giving) the autografs, but you can try.
Instead of original, I am sending you with pleasure a scanned version (see the attachment).
Best wishes,
Vladimir "
